Scott Salbo
I have 36 years of customer service experience. Most of my experience has been in the fitness industry though not solely fitness. I have engaged with clients and customers in personal and large group settings using multiple platforms. In my experience in the health club setting, my interactions included heavy phone intake, scheduling services, as well as customer check in at the front desk, sales, and other problem solving customer service related issues.
My work with individual clients and large groups has strengthened my interpersonal skills. I am able to listen to client or customer needs and then motivate them to initiate a plan of action. My ability to connect, empathize and be attentive to customers, clients, and colleagues has allowed me to foster long term relationships for myself as well as the companies I work with.
My Work Ethics
No job is too small that it can’t make a difference, or too big that the small jobs can be overlooked.
I like to be a part of teams, but I also enjoy solo work.
I’m eager to take on challenges and responsibilities that my skill set has prepared me for, and always love to learn new skills.
